ChatGPT plans: shared, Plus and Business compared
There are three ways to get ChatGPT from us: a shared plan, a personal ChatGPT Plus account and a personal or team ChatGPT Business workspace. They differ in how you sign in, what happens to your chat history and how much you can use. Prices differ between listings and currencies, so check the tool page for the current price before you order.
The three plans at a glance
| Feature | ChatGPT AI Shared | ChatGPT Plus (Personal) | ChatGPT Business |
|---|---|---|---|
| Access | Shared, through the provider’s dashboard | Login details for you | An invitation to your own email |
| Billing | Monthly | Monthly only | Monthly, renewable |
| Limit | 150 messages a day | The official plan’s | Higher usage limits than Plus |
| Chat history | Not guaranteed to stay | A new account each month | Stays in the same workspace when you renew |
| Warranty | See the tool page | 25 days | See the tool page |
ChatGPT AI Shared
The shared plan gives you access through the provider’s dashboard; it is not a private account. It is billed monthly and has a limit of 150 messages a day. You get writing, research, coding, file, image and data analysis, image generation and web result analysis.
On the shared plan, accounts are sometimes rotated because of usage limits or account bans. So your earlier chat history is not guaranteed to stay. Export or save important answers and work as soon as you finish a task: you may not get them back if the account changes.

ChatGPT Plus (Personal)
With ChatGPT Plus you get login details for a personal account. Billing is monthly only, and a new account comes each month, because the same account cannot be renewed. The warranty is 25 days.
You get everything in the official plan, and every feature is the same as when you buy it officially: faster access to the advanced GPT models, file and image analysis, research, coding, writing, image generation and productivity tools.

ChatGPT Business (Personal or team)
ChatGPT Business comes as an invitation to your personal email, which gives you a private team workspace. It is billed monthly and is renewable: you can renew the workspace each month, so your chat history stays in the same workspace.
The workspace includes GPT-5, deep research, Codex and private handling of business data, with higher usage limits than ChatGPT Plus. By default your data is not used to train the models.

Which one fits
- Your history has to stay: ChatGPT Business, the only plan of the three where renewing keeps the same workspace.
- You want a private account and the official Plus features: ChatGPT Plus (Personal), knowing a new account comes each month.
- Your use fits in 150 messages a day and you save your work as you go: ChatGPT AI Shared.
If you cannot sign in
Most sign-in problems have the same few fixes:
- Try an incognito window. Most sign-in and loading problems go away in an incognito or private window.
- Open it from the member panel, not from a bookmark or an old link: https://member.digitavision.com/member. Accounts are updated and rotated regularly; the panel link always has the current login details.
- “Session expired” or a verification code: disconnect and connect again first. If it continues, contact support: the team checks whether the account was deactivated or banned and gives you a replacement account with new login details.
- Error 500, or the login window keeps reopening: reload the page and try again. If it continues, tell support, so the account or the tool can be updated on our side.
If none of these fixes the problem, contact support with a full screenshot of the error. The full steps are in ChatGPT sign-in problems, and the plans in ChatGPT plans.
