How DigitaVision writes, sources, reviews and corrects its guides, comparisons and pricing explainers.
Last updated 22 October 2026
This page explains how the guides, comparisons and pricing explainers on DigitaVision are written, who stands behind them, where their facts come from and what we do when something is wrong. Every article carries the byline DigitaVision Team, because the articles are written and approved by the company, not by a named columnist.
Who writes and approves our pages
The DigitaVision Team writes the articles on this site and also sets up and looks after the shared seats and personal accounts we sell. You can read who runs the company and where to check it on the About page and the Trust and verification page.
Drafts are prepared with the help of AI tools. Every page is then checked against its sources and approved by the DigitaVision Team before it is published.
No page goes live straight from a draft. New and changed copy is placed on a review screen where the DigitaVision Team reads and approves it before it is published. Copy that has not been approved stays unpublished.
What we write about
Our articles explain the premium tools in our catalog: what a plan includes, what it costs, how a shared seat differs from a personal account, and how DigitaVision compares with other providers. We sell access to these tools, and we say so openly. Pages that compare providers show our offer next to the others and link to each provider’s own pages so you can check the facts yourself.
Where our facts come from
- Vendor facts such as plan names, prices and limits are taken from the vendor’s own public pages, and each figure is dated, for example “as of October 2026”. Vendors change prices, so always confirm on the vendor’s page before you buy.
- Our own prices and tool counts are not typed into articles. They are printed live from our catalog, so an article shows the same price as the tool page.
- Our policies (refunds, fair use, support) are linked, not rewritten. The refund and warranty policy is the source of truth for refunds, and the tool page is the source of truth for a tool’s limits.
- Sources are linked where we use them, so you can open the same page we read.
When a vendor’s page does not show a figure, we say so in the article instead of filling the gap with a guess.
How a page is reviewed before publication
Each article goes through the same steps:
- The draft is written from the sources above.
- Automatic checks run on the file, for example on headings, the FAQ, the number of internal and outbound links and, on comparison pages, whether competitor figures carry a date.
- For many articles, the draft is scored with a content-analysis tool that compares it with the pages that currently rank for the same search. We use it to make sure a guide covers the questions readers ask. It does not decide what is true; the sources do.
- DigitaVision approves the final text on the review screen. Only then is it published or scheduled.
The How we check page lists the checks in more detail.
Independence from the vendors
DigitaVision is not affiliated with any of the vendors whose tools we offer, and vendor names belong to their owners.
Updates and dates
Articles show an “Updated” date under the title. Prices and tool counts for our own products refresh from the live catalog without anyone editing the article. Vendor figures keep the “as of” date they were read on, so you can see how old they are.

FAQ
Who writes the articles on DigitaVision?
The DigitaVision Team writes them, which is why the byline reads DigitaVision Team. Each article is approved by the DigitaVision Team on a review screen before it is published.
Do you use AI to write the articles?
Drafts are prepared with the help of AI tools. Every figure is checked against the vendor’s own page, and the DigitaVision Team approves each page before it is published.
Is DigitaVision affiliated with the vendors you write about?
No. DigitaVision is not affiliated with the vendors. Our business is selling shared seats and personal accounts, and we say so on pages that compare providers.
Why do vendor prices carry a date?
Vendors change prices without notice. The date tells you when we read the figure on the vendor’s own page.
How do I report an error?
Use the contact page: email, live chat or a ticket in the member area, with the page address and the correction you suggest.
