Terms of service
The terms that apply when you use DigitaVision.
Last updated 8 October 2026
Who we are
These terms are between you and DIGITAVISION LIMITED, company number 13660153. You can check the company on our trust page. “We” and “us” mean DIGITAVISION LIMITED.
The service
We sell access to third-party tools, either shared (several members use accounts we manage) or personal (an account for you alone). We do not make those tools. You manage orders, access and support tickets in the member area at member.digitavision.com.
Accounts
Give us accurate details and keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms.
Payments, renewals and refunds
Prices, billing periods and renewal terms are shown on each product page and at checkout. You pay through the payment gateway you choose there. Refunds and replacements are set by the refund policy and nothing else.
Acceptable use
Use each tool within its limits and the fair use policy, and within the law.
We send a warning before any suspension, and you can appeal by replying to it or opening a ticket in the member area.
Warranty
The warranty for a personal account is the one its product page states, where it states one. For a shared tool that is down, the refund policy applies.
Limitation of liability
The tools belong to their vendors, who can change or withdraw them, and we do not control that. We do not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version, and a change applies to orders placed after it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
