Is there a working Midjourney promo code? Midjourney does not publish coupon codes, and this guide lists no codes from other sites. Its own help center names one discount: 20% off when you pay for a year upfront. This guide covers that, other ways to pay less, and what each plan’s GPU time costs, as of October 2026.
Is there a working Midjourney promo code?
Midjourney is an AI image generator that turns text prompts into artwork, and it sells plans by subscription. Is there a Midjourney promo code for those plans? Not one that Midjourney advertises. The plan pages in the Midjourney help center describe no coupon program. They describe one standing discount instead. The Comparing Midjourney Plans article says: “You can get a 20% discount on your subscription by committing to an annual plan, where the full year fee is paid upfront.” That is a price, not a code, and every visitor can choose it.
The “Group Plans & Corporate Billing” article is just as direct about organizations: “Currently, Midjourney does not offer discounts or free plans for organizations—including non-profits and educational institutions. Bulk billing arrangements do not include any additional discount beyond the standard yearly plan pricing.”
So a Midjourney promo code from a list page is a guess, and so is any Midjourney discount code. This guide has no coupon codes to give you and does not repeat codes from other sites. If you ever receive a code from Midjourney itself, check that the total changes before you pay. The rest of this guide shows how to get Midjourney for less without one, and how to check the total before you pay.
Every legitimate way to pay less for Midjourney (October 2026)
Each row below comes from the Midjourney help center in October 2026. Plans change, so check each linked article for an update before you pay.
| Route | Who it is for | What Midjourney says | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Annual plan | Regular users | 20% discount when the full year is paid upfront. Basic drops from $10 to $8 a month, Standard from $30 to $24. | docs.midjourney.com, Comparing Midjourney Plans |
| Right-size the tier | Everyone | Unlimited Relax images start at Standard. Pick the lowest tier that covers how you work. | docs.midjourney.com, Comparing Midjourney Plans |
| Rate images | Active members | Each day the top 2,000 members who rate the most images receive an extra hour of Fast time free. The time expires 30 days after it is given. | docs.midjourney.com, Earning Free Fast Time |
| Surveys | Active members | Fast time is occasionally offered as a reward for surveys on the Tasks page. The amount varies. | docs.midjourney.com, Earning Free Fast Time |
| Limited trial | Mobile users | A limited trial exists on the niji · journey app for iOS and Android only. | docs.midjourney.com, Free Trials |
| Organizations | Teams and schools | No discounts or free plans, including for non-profits and educational institutions. | docs.midjourney.com, Group Plans & Corporate Billing |
Midjourney offers four plans, and the savings come from choosing well, not from a purchase trick. Think of this as a saving tip list, not a deal list. No Midjourney promo code, sale banner or coupon field is mentioned on these pages in October 2026. Promotions can appear later. If one does, the latest offer will show on Midjourney’s own site first, so check there before you apply anything.
Is there a Midjourney student discount?
Searches for student discounts lead to many pages, but no Midjourney student rate appears in the help center. The “Educational Use & Student Billing” article says Midjourney supports educational use, with each student on their own subscription, and it lists no student price. Pages that advertise a Midjourney discount for students with a verification step are not backed by anything found on midjourney.com.
Is there a Midjourney free trial?
The Free Trials article says: “A limited trial is available on the niji · journey app, available for iOS and Android devices. No free trial is currently available in Discord or the midjourney.com website.” So a Midjourney free trial on the web, the version most people mean, does not exist today. Be careful with any site that offers a “free trial code”. For a new user who wants a low-cost start, the entry point is the Basic plan, which is $10 a month or $8 a month when paid annually.
Midjourney plan prices and GPU hours: what does an hour cost?
The plan you pick matters more than any Midjourney promo code, because the tier changes your cost every month, while a code could only change one bill. The plan price is only half the story. Midjourney sells GPU time, and the help center lists how much each plan includes. The table uses the “Comparing Midjourney Plans” article. The last column is plain arithmetic, not a Midjourney price: the annual price per month divided by the Fast hours included. It shows the cost of one Fast hour when you pay for a year. Extra Fast time costs $4 an hour on every plan.
| Plan | Monthly price | Annual price (per month) | Fast GPU time | Relax | Cost per Fast hour, annual |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $10 | $96 ($8) | 3.3 hr a month (200 minutes) | Not included | About $2.40 |
| Standard | $30 | $288 ($24) | 15 hr a month | Unlimited images | $1.60 |
| Pro | $60 | $576 ($48) | 30 hr a month | Unlimited images and SD video | $1.60 |
| Mega | $120 | $1,152 ($96) | 60 hr a month | Unlimited images and SD video | $1.60 |
Two points follow from the table. First, from Standard up, a Fast hour from the plan costs $1.60 on an annual plan, well below the $4 an hour for extra time. Buying a bigger plan is cheaper than topping up a smaller one. Second, unused Fast time does not roll over, so a plan you do not use is money lost. The help center lists Stealth Mode, a feature that keeps your images and videos private, on Pro and Mega only.
Relax Mode changes the math for an AI artist who makes many images. Relax lets Standard, Pro and Mega members queue unlimited images without using Fast hours, though jobs wait in line. If you do not need results in seconds, Standard with Relax is the lowest-cost way to make a high volume of images on your own subscription.
How do you get Midjourney at the lowest price, step by step?
This short guide uses the “How to Subscribe” help article and the plan pages. Follow the steps in order, and verify the total at each stage.
- Create an account or log in on midjourney.com, then open the Manage Subscription page.
- Pick the lowest tier that fits how many images you generate. Save money by matching the tier to your real use, not to the biggest number.
- Choose annual billing if you will use Midjourney all year. That is the 20% saving.
- Read the total, including any tax, before you confirm. If a field for a valid code is shown and Midjourney itself gave you a code, apply it and check that the total changes.
- Remember that every plan renews on its own unless you set it to cancel, and that unused Fast time does not carry over.
What does Midjourney cost in other currencies?
Midjourney publishes one set of prices, in US dollars. Its Payment Currency article says: “Midjourney accepts payments exclusively in US Dollars (USD).” If your card is in another currency, “your bank will automatically convert your payment to USD”, and the bank may add a foreign transaction fee. So there is no Midjourney page with a price in BDT, INR or PKR to quote, and no converted figure is given. Sales tax or VAT may also apply, depending on your location. Check the total on the checkout screen of your own account.
Why a Midjourney promo code from a coupon site fails at checkout
Most pages that rank for this search are coupon websites with a long list of special offers, often under words like exclusive or best Midjourney deals. Some are only a video with a link, and some are aggregator pages with a “valid” badge. A list page cannot see your account, your plan or your country, and it cannot tell whether a code is still alive. A site that reposts an old code around a sales event does not make it valid. A code can fail for plain reasons:
- It never existed. Midjourney documents no public coupon program.
- It belonged to a past promotion that ended, or it was for new users only.
- It was a link that only opens the normal pricing page.
- You pasted a space or the wrong character.
Treat any “free trial code”, “verified” label or reseller offer with care, especially if the site asks for your login. Midjourney’s help center says the only trial is in the mobile app. A real Midjourney promo code, if one existed, would change the total on the checkout page before you entered a card. If the price does not move, stop.
Midjourney coupon code, Midjourney promotion code and Midjourney discount code all mean the same thing in search, and student discounts follow the same rule. None of them is a program Midjourney documents.
A lower-cost route: Midjourney group buy at DigitaVision
If a Midjourney promo code is out of reach and the plan prices are more than you want to spend, there is another way to use this AI platform for less. It is not a code, and it is not a plan from Midjourney. DigitaVision is not affiliated with Midjourney. It offers a shared seat: one Midjourney account used by several members through the DigitaVision browser extension, with fair-use limits listed on the tool page.
| Item | Midjourney Standard, your own subscription | DigitaVision shared seat |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $30 a month, or $24 a month paid annually | $7.99 on DigitaVision |
| Plan level | Standard | Matches the Standard plan |
| Speed mode | Fast hours plus unlimited Relax images | Relax Mode only, so images wait in a queue |
| Stealth Mode | Pro and Mega only | Not included |
| Account | Your own login | Shared account, opened through the extension |
The Midjourney group buy page shows the current price, the daily limits and what the seat includes, so read it before you order. A shared seat suits mood boards, ad concepts and social posts, where waiting a little longer for each image is fine. It is not a good fit if you need Fast mode for client deadlines. You can pay in USD or BDT with the methods listed at checkout, which include card, PayPal, bKash and crypto.

Which route should you choose for Midjourney?
Start with the plain facts. Midjourney has no public coupon, so the annual plan is the one discount you can count on. Choose the lowest tier that fits: Basic for a trial month of casual artistic use, Standard if you want unlimited Relax images. Rate images when you are online anyway (see the Earning Free Fast Time article), because a free Fast hour is worth about $4 at the extra-time rate. That saving is small but real. Treat a Midjourney promo code as a bonus if Midjourney itself ever sends one.
If you want to try Midjourney for less and accept Relax-only generation on a shared account, compare the group buy page. If you need Fast mode, privacy or your own login, pay Midjourney directly and choose the annual plan.
