The right Microsoft 365 plan depends on how you work. Business Basic is a web and mobile plan: you use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in the browser, which needs an internet connection. Microsoft 365 Business Standard adds installable desktop apps that also work offline. Microsoft 365 Business Premium adds Microsoft Defender for Business and other advanced security. If you need desktop-only Office features, this offer may not be enough. If you mainly edit documents in the browser and join meetings, Business Basic covers it.

No. The page states that Microsoft 365 Copilot app integration is not included. Microsoft sells Microsoft 365 Copilot as a separate add-on subscription for its business plans, and those Microsoft Copilot features inside Word, Excel and Outlook are not part of this offer. Microsoft also lists Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat for Business Basic, but this offer does not promise it. If AI writing or summaries matter to you, look at the AI tools group buy catalog instead.

Official Microsoft 365 subscriptions are bought from Microsoft per user. You get your own organization, admin access in the Microsoft 365 admin center, your own domain and control of security features such as multifactor authentication. Here you are invited on your own email address to an organisation that DigitaVision sets up and manages for you, so you pay less but you do not manage the organisation or its domain. It is not an official Microsoft plan, and DigitaVision is not affiliated with Microsoft.

You sign in to Microsoft with your own email address, on Microsoft's own sign-in page. The organisation is managed by DigitaVision and not by you, so use it for ordinary work in the Office apps and Teams. DigitaVision is not affiliated with Microsoft. If the account stops working, the replacement and refund policy applies, and the warranty stated on this page applies.

Once your payment is confirmed, DigitaVision's team invites your email address to the Microsoft 365 organisation. Follow the invitation to sign in to Microsoft with your own email. There is no domain setup and no admin work on your side. If the invitation does not arrive, contact support and the team will check it.

A credit card is required, trial storage is limited, and the trial turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel it in time.
